Learn through experience
This combined Level One and Level Two programme brings concise teaching together with demonstrations, experiential exercises, supervised practice and reflection. The emphasis is on developing practical skills and the judgement to use them responsibly.
Explore constellation concepts, family narratives and recurring language, alongside consent, boundaries and reflective practice. This programme is independently developed and taught by Abida Bano.
Level One · Foundations
Understand and explore
- Family systems and foundational constellation concepts.
- Family mapping, relationships and recurring patterns.
- Observation, representative experience and guided exercises.
- Consent, confidentiality, boundaries and personal reflection.
Level Two · Facilitation
Practise and develop
- Opening a session and clarifying a participant’s intention.
- Asking open questions without imposing explanations.
- Facilitating exercises with objects, markers and representatives.
- Supervised facilitation, feedback, closure and recognising limits.

People interested in developing Family Constellation facilitation skills, including coaches, practitioners and those with previous constellation experience. Share your background when registering your interest so Abida can discuss suitability and any preparation you may need.
Your trainer
Abida Bano is a Family Constellation facilitator and trainer and an EFT practitioner. She has completed Family Constellation training and taught Level One. Her teaching combines accessible explanations with experiential learning and practice.
Completion and facilitator readiness
The programme will include attendance, practical participation, reflection and observed assessment. A completion certificate will document the requirements met; any facilitator endorsement will depend on demonstrated skills. Some students may need further supervised practice. Full requirements will be published before enrolment opens.
This is an independent training programme and does not confer a qualification in psychotherapy. Constellation experiences are subjective explorations, not evidence of hidden family events or a diagnosis.
