Learn tapping, develop your practical skills and explore your path towards becoming an EFT practitioner.
An eight-week programme with demonstrations, guided practice and feedback.

Total for both levels. Standard fee: PKR 45,000.
Launch payment plan: two installments of PKR 20,000.
Duration: Eight weekly sessions of three hours — 24 live teaching hours.

Level One: Foundations
- Understanding the foundations of EFT tapping.
- Learning the basic tapping sequence.
- Personal practice and guided exercises.
- Consent, boundaries and working at a comfortable pace.
Level Two: Practitioner skills
- Structuring a session and asking open questions.
- Demonstrations and practice with feedback.
- Reflecting on your work and recognising your limits.
- Knowing when to pause or refer for further support.

Course notes, demonstrations, guided practice, feedback and one follow-up group practice session.
